Somebody asked for a price, meant to move forward, then life got in the way and nobody followed up. That's a different problem than finding a new customer โ and a cheaper one to fix.
Book a 15-Minute Call See All ServicesWhich one you have depends on your trade. Both are cheaper to wake up than a brand-new customer is to find.
Roofers, pool builders, remodelers, foundation, solar, windows. Somebody asked for a price, meant to move forward, then life got in the way and nobody followed up. Most owners write those off as dead.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical. You were already on site. You found it, priced it, explained it โ and the customer said not right now. Most of those never get a second conversation.
A real message that comes from your business's name โ not a spam blast. Written the way you'd say it if you had the time.
The message reads like you wrote it โ because you approve every word before it goes. Your name in the from line. Your phone number to reply to.
Nobody on the list is a stranger. They came to you, got a number, and went quiet. That's a different conversation than cold outreach, and it gets a different reception.
Anyone who already became a customer, asked not to be contacted, or bounced gets pulled. You're not emailing someone whose roof you did last spring.
It goes out a little at a time so replies come in at a pace you can actually answer โ and so a delivery hiccup on day one doesn't burn the whole list.
No portal, no dashboard to log into. A reply is a reply, in your inbox, from a person who's ready to talk again.
Who got it, who opened it, who replied, who booked. A simple report, so you know whether it was worth doing again next quarter.
Your part takes about twenty minutes. Mine takes a few days.
Old estimates, declined repairs, dead leads โ whatever your system calls them. Twelve to twenty-four months back. Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, a spreadsheet, or photos of paper quotes all work.
Duplicates, bad addresses, anyone who became a customer, anyone who said stop. What's left is people who asked you for a price and didn't get a second conversation.
I write the messages in your voice, mapped to your trade โ a roofer's old quote is not an HVAC tech's declined repair, and the message shouldn't pretend it is. You read it, change anything, and sign off.
Under your name, over a couple of weeks. Replies land with you the moment they come in.
Who replied, who booked, what it was worth. Then you decide whether to do it again next quarter.
Bring a rough count of the old quotes in your system. Fifteen minutes, and you'll know whether this is worth doing.
Book a 15-Minute CallThe questions people actually ask on the phone.
It's one message, to people who already asked you for a price, from your name, with an easy way to say no thanks. That's not a list somebody bought. Most of them remember you โ the job just fell off their list, not off their house.
Twelve to twenty-four months is the sweet spot. Older than that and the roof got done by someone else or the problem got worse and they've already dealt with it. We'll look at what you've got and pick the cutoff together.
One export. Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, a spreadsheet โ or a stack of paper estimates you photograph. Name, phone or email, what the quote was for, roughly when. I clean the rest.
Email first. Texting works well but it has to go out from your own business number, registered for business messaging in your name โ there's paperwork, and I'll walk you through it. Nothing ever goes out from a shared blast number.
You. Replies land in your inbox or on your phone like any other customer. I'm not sitting between you and your customers โ I'm just the one who wrote the message and pressed send.
It depends on the size of the list and whether we're doing this once or every quarter. Book a call, bring a rough count of how many old quotes are in your system, and we'll scope it in fifteen minutes.
