Full disclosure: this one's mine

Dead Level TV Mounting is my own TV-mounting business in Austin. I built it the same way I'd build yours, and it's where I test everything before I sell it. If something in this system breaks, I'm the one who loses the job, so it gets tested properly.

What the system does

Most small service sites stop at a contact form and hope someone calls back in time. This one runs the whole path from "how much?" to "paid, here's a review link" without me touching it.

๐Ÿ’ฒ

Instant quote

Customers price their own job by TV size, wall type, mount and add-ons, and see the total before booking. Every booking is re-priced on the server, so the number can't be tampered with.

๐Ÿ“…

Booking off the real calendar

Open times come straight from Google Calendar, with travel time between jobs and a daily job limit built in. Nothing gets double-booked.

๐Ÿ’ณ

Deposit, then one-tap balance

A $50 Stripe deposit holds the slot and saves the card. After the job, one tap on the admin page charges the balance. No invoices, no chasing.

โ†ฉ๏ธ

Cancellations run themselves

Cancel more than 24 hours out and the deposit refunds automatically. Change your mind within an hour of booking and it refunds too. Reschedules follow the same rules.

๐Ÿ“ž

An AI assistant answers every call

It quotes, books, reschedules and cancels on the phone using the same rules as the website, and transfers to me when a caller wants a person.

โšก

Speed-to-lead callback

About 20 seconds after someone books online, the assistant calls them to confirm the job details. If the TV turns out bigger, it re-quotes and updates the booking.

โญ

Review requests on autopilot

Every finished job gets a thank-you email with the Google review link, whether they paid by card, cash or Venmo.

What this means for your business

You don't need all of it. Most businesses start with one piece. The one that pays for itself fastest is usually the callback: when a lead fills out your form at 7 PM on a Saturday, they hear from you in under a minute instead of after they've called someone else.

Speed-to-lead on your existing forms

Your current website stays. New leads get a call within a minute. How it works

An AI receptionist on your phone line

Answers, quotes from your price list, books the job, and passes the hard calls to you. More

A booking site like this one

Quotes, calendar, deposits and reviews, built around how your business actually prices and schedules. More
